How to Delete Your Data

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from Wabblo, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Wabblo Dashboard at app.wabblo.space
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Disconnect all connected accounts (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger)
  4. Contact us at hello@wabblo.space with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will process your request

What Data We Delete

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will remove:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • All connected Meta platform tokens and credentials
  • Customer conversation history and messages
  • Order data and transaction records
  • Menu items and business configuration
  • Auto-reply rules and funnel data
  • Analytics and tracking data

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Facebook / Meta Data

When you connect your WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook account to Wabblo, we receive certain data from Meta. Upon deletion:

  • All access tokens are immediately revoked
  • Stored data from Meta APIs (messages, comments, user IDs) is permanently deleted from our systems
  • You may also revoke Wabblo's access directly from your Facebook Business Integrations settings
